Some hospital staff members work within a limited area – such as a single unit or floor – while others move around the premises constantly. iLOQ S5 makes it easy to assign access rights to specific personnel needs. Now every nurse, doctor or other staff member will have a programmed digital key that allows them to complete their tasks efficiently. This gives everyone access to the facilities they need while simultaneously restricting access to other areas.

Easy to update

When work responsibilities change, staff-specific access rights need to be updated. With iLOQ S5, the updated information is quick and easy to implement. New access rights can be set up by an administrator using the iLOQ Manager software. The staff member can then update their access rights using a ‘key programming hotspot’ on the premises – even in the middle of a night shift.

In the fast-paced environment of hospitals, one iLOQ digital key can access, for example, doors, medicine cabinets and padlocks. Heavy key rings and multiple sets of keys are not needed.

The system can easily be expanded to a lightweight and practical iLOQ Online access management system. Easy management of hundreds of locks and keys

Access rights are managed with the easy-to-use iLOQ Manager software. Personnel information can be imported to the software directly from the hospital’s staff information system. Administrators can extend or cancel the access rights for specific keys and locks using the software. The placement of locks is conveniently displayed on a floor plan layout, and the any changes are displayed instantly.
