iLOQ cements collaboration with Avain Yhtiöt Group

iLOQ has signed a framework agreement with Avain Yhtiöt – a Finnish group specializing in the housing market with business areas covering construction, ownership, rental and the sale of apartments, as well as building management, renovations and services relating to housing. The Group’s purpose is to construct and maintain a functional and safe living environment and develop comprehensive housing and construction quality.

Under the agreement, iLOQ will supply the unique iLOQ S10 self-powered locking and access-management solutions to new buildings developed by Avain Yhtiöt. In addition, the mechanical locks of old buildings will be renewed as existing locking solutions come to an end.

“We are looking forward to the upcoming collaboration with iLOQ and, through easy access and locking solutions, to a better customer experience for our residents,” states Jan Bertills, Head of Real Estate, Avain Yhtiöt.

“Our goal is to be able to develop and offer the best market access solutions for the market that provide significant value for customers and end users. This agreement will help us to fulfill that goal by making our self-powered locking and access-management solutions available to an increasing number of residents,” explains Toni Päivinen, Head of Sales Finland at iLOQ.
