As our growth continues, we are building our French team and looking for a new key player ! Your responsibility is to take care of PARIS area (West IDF, South IDF or East North IDF) retail sales and support of the end customers.

iLOQ´s strategy is to sell our products through our retail network which offers professional installation and maintenance services to the end customers. The sales team in iLOQ supports and trains the retailers and designers and also helps the end customers by defining their  needs and offering suitable solutions from our system.

Your responsibility is to take care of PARIS area (West IDF, South IDF or East North IDF) retail sales and support of the end customers. You work actively on the field and find new business opportunities as well as take care of and develop current retail and end customer relationships. You participate marketing of our products and solutions by promoting our company actively on relevant business fairs and events. We in iLOQ appreciate strong team work, so you will be closely working together with the other sales team members.

We value references of great results in technical solution sales execution. Most of all you are passionate and interested in being active in customer contacts. In addition you get motivated by finding comprehensive solutions to customer needs and by closing deals. To be successful in this position, you should have a knowledge and interest in locking industry, its development and trends.

Your work method  is energetic, solution minded, persistent and you lead yourself well. You are a cooperative team player with great social skills. Skills in English would be an advantage.

As Technical referent in France, you will provide technical support to our partners and end customers, through training, ensuring their technical knowledge of iLOQ’s products.

Your responsibility also includes support for Sales Managers in France and partly the responsibility for training and professional advice on the installation, service and maintenance of iLOQ’s products to partners and end customers.

You will actively participate in the promotion of the products and also keep an eye on the competition and the development of competing products.

 

You have technical expertise, deep knowledge and understanding for support and training of products in the field of locksmith or access control industry.

You are driven by creating and developing customer relations with the desire to be an advisor and provide support to customers and colleagues. You are enthusiastic and interested in active customer service, motivated by offering comprehensive solutions to the customer and reaching set goals. You are energetic, work independently and have a relationship- and solution-oriented work set with a long-term focus.

You could have possibly short term regular moves in France, depending on the activity.

Fluency in English is essential for this position.

Head of Services

As a Head of Services you are responsible for the overall service and training strategies, service business and operations as well as a first-class customer support to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Role and tasks will include

  • You will be responsible for managing global service business, operations and profitability in iLOQ. You develop and maintain the service vision, strategy and business models. Leading the service product management including service portfolio, roadmap and tactical implementation plans are also part of your job.
  • You drive customer and partner training strategy, training portfolio, training tools/methods and competence development.
  • You lead customer service and support actions for iLOQ. Customer service center concept creation, operational model as well as monitoring and measuring the service efficiency and customer satisfaction is also on your responsibility.
  • You develop service processes and be proactive in driving new service initiatives and innovations
  • You collaborate cross-functional stakeholders globally

Your background

To be successful in this role, you have an engineering degree (or relevant discipline) and at least 5 years of work experience from  service business as well as aftermarket leadership experience in international business environment. Preferably you are experienced in product portfolio management or related functions i.e. R&D, operations or sales. Ideally you have experience and knowledge from locking and application businesses. You are familiar with modern technologies and platforms, follow latest trends in digitalization and emerging best practices for service and training operations. The position requires the ability to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics, translating them into an actionable service, support and customer training initiatives.

You have proactive, customer and business driven mind-set. In a hectic and fast growing company, you are able to multi-task and execute within tight timelines with high attention to details. In our international business environment, you can communicate and present both in written and spoken English. You are an out-going person and work efficiently both individually and as a part of a group. The job location is preferably in Finland or in Germany. You report to iLOQ Group Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Launch and manage the UK business with full P&L responsibility
  • Develop relationships with potential clients, and build, develop and manage relationships with Partners (Locksmiths)
  • Deliver training to Partners and support and direct their sales activity
  • Attract talent, then motivating and inspiring the team to achieve great sales results
  • Support the delivery of projects with Partners
  • Collaborate with other iLOQ Country Managers and the rest of the management team
  • Produce robust and accurate business performance reports

 

Requirements

  • Sales leadership experience in a comparable role for a fast growing international company
  • A track record indicating sustained delivery of outstanding sales results
  • Ideally P & L experience
  • Ideally with knowledge and experience of locking systems / access control systems / technical solutions to large client organizations (B-to-B business), but must be comfortable selling technology based products and solutions
  • Ideally experience building and leading a comparable sales team

This is the perfect role for a hungry and ambitious sales leader who enjoys making things happen and achieving outstanding sales results. Experience within a Nordic business would be advantageous.
