Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our research and development (R&D).  

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Chief Technology Officer (CTO)  to lead our R&D people and the revolution in digital access management.

As a Chief Technology Officer at iLOQ, you will be responsible for leading and developing our research and development. You will ensure that our commercial and innovative technology development align with the company’s strategy and vision. Leading the technology development and high level roadmap, you will encourage innovative actions without compromising commercial targets and project procedures. Your task is to develop and modernize organizational procedures as well as planning and testing methods. You naturally cooperate closely with our management, sales, marketing,  customers, R&D and operations. You will be responsible also for our external partner networks. As a member of our management team you report to CEO.

 

You are expected to have a proven track record and at least ten years of experience in leading technology development. You have a relevant technical degree, for instance in engineering, and strong technical understanding of software development, mechanics or electronics. You know how to utilize modern technology, digitalization and IoT opportunities but, above all, you are a business-oriented and client-focused technical leader who understands the importance of technology development as a part of business success. You are able to grasp the big picture and think outside of the box in an innovative and strategic way. As a mentoring leader for our innovation processes and technical employees, you are able to develop both people and the organization in line with our growth goals. You are a strong and energetic leader who sets a good example for others. In our international business environment, you need to communicate fluently both in written and spoken English and Finnish, and other language skills are regarded as an asset. The position requires approximately 40 to 50 travel days annually.

Chief Sales Officer, Global

Chief Sales Officer, Global to lead our global sales.  

We are looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer to drive our global sales and strategic accounts.

As a Chief Sales Officer at iLOQ, your core task is to lead and develop our global sales in alignment with the company’s strategy and vision. In this position, you can get your footprint in shaping our global sales operations by utilizing different business plans and strive for expanding our business into new markets. Planning and implementing strategies fires your motivation, as does interacting with our key customers and accounts. Having extensive experience in leading sales and mentoring approach to leadership, you truly lead the sales team by example. In more practical terms you are responsible of sales measurement and rewarding as well as ensuring modern sales processes and tools. Furthermore, you have the golden opportunity to develop our digital customer journey. You naturally cooperate closely with our management, marketing, R&D and other employees as well as external stakeholders. As a member of our management team you report to CEO.

To be successful in this position, you are expected to have a proven track record in global sales management and development. You have a relevant technical or commercial degree and at least ten years of experience in international, multichannel sales and customer management. You may have a technical, industrial or B2B-business background, and knowledge of safety and locking sector is regarded beneficial. You are an inspiring, energetic and mentoring leader who wants to ensure that our business targets are reached. You are able to develop both people and organization by supporting our growth goals. You have strong cooperation skills and a mentoring approach to sales. In our international business environment, you need to communicate fluently both in written and spoken English, other language skills are regarded as an asset. The position requires approximately 100-150 travel days annually.
