Business development in the large customer segment

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused key account manager to drive the business development of key accounts, revenue and profit plans, and the project pipeline.

The main task of the Key Account Manager is to increase sales of the iLOQ S50 – product portfolios through OEM, system integrators and project distribution channels in utility and critical infrastructure market segments. In addition, the Key Account Manager is responsible for providing commercial and business support to OEMs and contractors, as well as supporting iLOQ brand and product awareness in specific market segments. You will also be responsible for strengthening customer relationships and OEM business development in new growth markets.

Your tasks:

  • Identification of new sales opportunities for new and existing customers and increase of sales shares
  • Strategy development and implementation of the plans to achieve the growth targets
  • Identification of any business risks
  • Execution and implementation of agreed sales plans
  • Building and maintaining a strong customer network and to stakeholders
  • Responsibility for achieving sales goals
  • Close collaboration with the division’s global team and German sales team
  • Define, manage and prioritize customer activity
  • Input and recommendations on current and future market requirements for products, solutions and services
  • Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Your profile:

To succeed in this role, you have at least five years of sales or business experience in an international and multicultural business environment that supports OEMs or key accounts, and a solid job history that has a solid track record. You have a Bachelor, Engineering or similar vocational degree with equivalent technical background. Knowledge of technology, product, application or electronic locking system is an advantage. You are hungry for growth and exceed expectations, also in terms of cross-functional team development. In a fast-paced and fast-growing business, you’ll be able to perform multitasking tasks and work with great attention to detail in tight time frames. You have good organizational and interpersonal skills. Due to our international business environment, you are fluent in both German and English spoken and written. You are a strong networker and work efficiently both alone and as part of a group. The place of work is in our German headquarters in Düsseldorf or in your home office. You report to the managing director of iLOQ Deutschland GmbH.

As our growth continues, we are building our French team and looking for a new key player ! Your responsibility is to take care of PARIS area (West IDF, South IDF or East North IDF) retail sales and support of the end customers.

iLOQ´s strategy is to sell our products through our retail network which offers professional installation and maintenance services to the end customers. The sales team in iLOQ supports and trains the retailers and designers and also helps the end customers by defining their  needs and offering suitable solutions from our system.

Your responsibility is to take care of PARIS area (West IDF, South IDF or East North IDF) retail sales and support of the end customers. You work actively on the field and find new business opportunities as well as take care of and develop current retail and end customer relationships. You participate marketing of our products and solutions by promoting our company actively on relevant business fairs and events. We in iLOQ appreciate strong team work, so you will be closely working together with the other sales team members.

We are looking for a professional with a successful and reference-backed track record in sales of technical solutions. We highly appreciate knowledge in the field of mechanical/electromechanical lock assemblies, access control or similar solutions as well as knowledge of the sales channels in the Catalonian/Spanish market.

Technical Sales Manager

Expert in Mechanical / Electromechanical lock assemblies / Access control

Opportunity to join a growing multinational company in a profession that leads forward

As the technical expert in Spain, you will be responsible for the technical support provided to all of the company’s partners and end customers through training. You will ensure the technical knowledge relating to iLOQ’s products.

You will also support and train the SALES MANAGERS in Spain and help train and offer professional technical advice on the installation, servicing and maintenance of iLOQ products. You will actively promote the company’s products and keep track of the company’s competitors and the development of their products.

 

We are looking for a “guru”: an experienced professional in this sector who will bring technical experience and in-depth knowledge of the lock assembly and/or access control industry. You must have already held a managing position in customer support and in training in mechanical/electromechanical lock products.

This is a key position for the company’s development in Spain.

You must be available to travel in Spain and occasionally in Europe. Fluent command of English is essential.
