HR Specialist

HR Specialist to support our employees to succeed.

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to drive our recruitment process and to take responsibility of maintaining and developing our global HR processes, practices and internal communication.

As a HR Specialist you will play a critical role in our future growth and success as you lead recruitment from its early stages in sourcing and selecting candidates, all the way to coordinating and developing our onboarding process for new hires and developing the employee experience. Your role will also consist of offering support in a wide range of other relevant HR tasks as seen fit and the role can be tailored according to your strengths.


We expect you to have several years of experience from HR, especially from recruitment, and knowledge of current recruitment trends and practices. You have interest towards developing and implementing the employee experience and you proactively identify HR challenges and development needs within the areas of responsibility. Other tasks will be assigned as seen fit and dependent on individual strengths. Your experience of HR systems, and their development and implementation is seen as a plus.


You will deliver on all activities of recruiting, such as, partner with hiring managers across all our locations to gain a strong understanding of the respective talent requirements and help determine the best course of action for external talent acquisition. You take responsibility of the new hire onboarding process and its development. You coordinate and plan the implementation of our global HR system and use it daily to e.g. produce reports and update employee documentation.



We expect you to have excellent communication skills both in Finnish and English and to be familiar with internal communication. You are self-driven and pro-active with a “hands on” attitude. You are eager to achieve concrete results by developing our HR responsibilities in the long term. In this position you will report directly to the Director of HR and work closely with our managers to support them in finding the key talent they need and building positive culture within the company.
