iLOQ to start significant collaboration with PSOAS – the Student Housing Foundation of Northern Finland

iLOQ has signed an agreement with the Student Housing Foundation of Northern Finland (Pohjois-Suomen opiskelija-asuntosäätiö – PSOAS). Under the agreement, the majority of buildings developed by PSOAS will be equipped with iLOQ’s unique digitallocking and accesscontrol solutions. The agreement is initially valid until the end of 2020.

We are happy about the upcoming collaboration. At the same time PSOAS can manage tenants’ access to other building facilities on an individual basis, giving access to communal leisure spaces, laundry rooms, bike storage, car parks and the all-important sauna facilities. All the necessary access rights can be coded into the same key that opens the door to the tenant’s apartment”, explains Juha Aitamurto, Managing Director, PSOAS.

“For us, this is an important agreement and again demonstrates how significant customer access through digital technology can be achieved now and in the future. We are very pleased to be able to deepen cooperation with PSOAS.” states Toni Päivinen, Head of Sales Finland at iLOQ.

iLOQ will supply unique self-powered locking and access-management solutions to buildings developed by PSOAS. In addition, the mechanical locks of old buildings will be renewed as existing locking solutions come to an end. The agreement aims to increase collaboration between iLOQ and PSOAS, and makes iLOQ’s self-powered locking and access-management solutions available to an increasing number of tenants.
