Reporting

This chapter explains how use the reporting functions on iLOQ Manager.

iLOQ Manager contains several different pre-defined reports on keys, locks, and so on. You can view these reports by right-clicking in the grid view and selecting Print > report.

Report tools are available as follows:

  • — Click this button to switch the sidebar on or off. This sidebar shows a scrollable list of report pages.
  • Document settings — Click this menu option to open a settings dialog, where you can change document settings, such as:
    • Paper size
    • Paper source for the printer
    • Paper orientation
    • Paper margins
  • — Click this button to print out the report on your printer.
  • — Click this button to copy the selected text to the clipboard.
  • — Click this button to open a settings dialog, where you can enter a search string and search, for example, key names in the report.
  • — Click this button to zoom out, in the report view.
  • — Click this button to zoom in, in the report view.
  • — Use this drop-down menu to change the report size in percentage, in the report view.
  • — Click this button to adjust the report width to the available screen space. In other words, the report is scaled so as to be as wide as possible in the report view.
  • — Click this button to adjust the report size to the available screen space. In other words, the report is scaled so as to show one entire page in the report view.
  • — Click this button to display the report page by page.
  • — Click this button to display the report as a continuous flow of pages.
  • — Use this drop-down menu to display the report in a multipage view.
  • — Click this button to go to the first report page.
  • — Click this button to go to the previous report page.
  • — This field displays the current page. You can also enter the desired page number in this field, and press Enter to jump to the desired report page.
  • — Click this button to go to the next report page.
  • — Click this button to go to the last report page.
  • — Click this button to cancel the previous action.
  • — Click this button to redo the previously cancelled action.
  • — Click this button to refresh the view.
  • — Click this button to use the pan mode, where you can grab the report and move it around in the screen.
  • — Click this button to use the select mode, where you can select text from the report.
  • — Click this button to use the snapshot mode, where you can select an area from the report, press Ctrl+C to copy the selected area to the clipboard, and press Ctrl+V to paste the snapshot in the application of your choice.
