Viewing the Network Module Properties

This section describes how to view the properties of network modules on iLOQ Manager.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Administration > Browse network modules.

  2. The network modules are shown in the grid view. For more information on an individual network module, double-click the network module.

    Network module-specific details are, by tabs:

    • Basic information — The Basic information tab contains the basic information on the selected network module. The columns are described in section Browsing Network Modules.
    • Locks — The Locks tab contains information on the locks connected to the network module. The columns are described in section Browsing Locks.
    • Networked — The Networked tab contains networking information on the selected network module. The fields are:
      • Network module — This field contains the name of the network module.
      • IP and port — This field indicates the network module public IP address and the firewall port.
      • MAC address — This field indicates the network module MAC address.
      • Report date — This field indicates the date and time when the network module last polled the server.
      • Connection date — This field indicates the date and time when the network module was last started up.
      • Programmer version — This field indicates the software version of the internal programmer that is used to control the networked locks.
      • Software version — This field indicates the software version of the network module.
      • Calendar updated — This field indicates the date and time when the calendar data was last fetched from the server.
    • Remote load station queue — The Remote load station queue tab contains information on the task queue on the remote load station. The columns are:
      • Type — This column contains the type of the programming task in the queue.
      • Name — This column contains the name of the key or the placement of the lock.
      • Status — This column contains the programming state of the lock or the key.
      • Target/Person — This column contains the locking target or the name of the person to whom the key is attached.
      • Floorplan — This column contains the floorplan where the target of the task is.
      • Estate — This column contains the estate where the target of the task is.
  3. When done, press the Close button.
