Adding New Zones

This section describes how to add zones to iLOQ locking system.

Note:

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Additional data > Browse zones.

  2. Click Add zone.
    The Add zone wizard opens.
  3. Click Add zone.
  4. In the Name field, type a name for the zone.
  5. In the Description field, type a description of the zone .
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the users for whom you want to grant access to the zone.
    • — Click the Arrows right button to move all items to the list.
    • — Click the Arrow right button to move the selected item(s) to the list.
    • — Click the Arrow left button to remove the selected item(s) from the list.
    • — Click the Arrows left button to remove all items from the list.
    Note:

    Online users are automatically added to the new zone. If the user does not need the zone, you can simply remove the Online user from the zone.

  8. Click Next.
  9. A summary window is displayed.
  10. Click Ready.
  11. Click Close.
