Browsing Zones

This section describes how to browse zones in iLOQ 5 Series Manager.

Proceed as follows.

Select Additional data > Browse zones.
The zones are displayed in a grid.
Columns:
- Name — The name of the zone.
- Explanation — Description of the zone.
- Common — Indicates that the + zone is common to all users. If you assign objects to the + zone, the item data will be available for all users.
- Default zone for new keys and persons — The zone that new persons and keys will be assigned to by default (provided that the user has access to the zone and the zones are enabled for the keys and persons).
- Default zone for new objects — The zone that new objects, excluding persons and keys, will be assigned to by default (provided that the user has access to the zone).
