Adding Individual Access Rights to Locks

This section describes how to add individual access rights to locks on iLOQ Manager.

Note:

Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse locks.

  2. Right-click the lock to which you want to add individual access rights, and select Add individual access right.
    The Addition of individual access rights wizard is opened.
  3. Select Create individual access right to lock.
  4. Select the access right type.

    For more information on access right types, see section Access Rights.

  5. Select the visibility of the access right in the Visibility of access right drop-down menu.
  6. Select Next.
  7. If you are:
    • Deploying new locks, the options are:

      • Leave locks in planning state — Select Leave locks in planning state if you want to leave the locks in the planning state, and continue planning the locking system without, for example, programming any physical locks.

      • Order programming task — Select Order programming task if you know that the lock definitions are final, but you want to program the lock later.

      • Order and program locks — Select Order and program locks:
        • If you know that the lock definitions are final, and you want to program the lock at once.
        • For locks that have not yet been installed on the premises.

    • Reprogramming deployed locks, the options are:

      • Leave locks in planning state — Select Leave locks in planning state if you want to leave the locks in the planning state, and program the locks later.

      • Order and send tasks to keys — Select Order and send tasks to keys if want to create the programming tasks and transfer them to keys, and let the keys carry out the programming, when the key is used on the lock.

      • Order and program locks — Select Order and program locks if you want to create the programming task, and execute it at once for a single lock at hand.

  8. Select Next.
  9. Optional: If you selected Order and send tasks to keys, select whether to send the tasks to all keys or to selected keys only.
  10. Optional: Select Next.
  11. A summary screen is shown.
  12. Follow the wizard to end the procedure.
