Pairing the Programmer with the PC over Bluetooth

This section describes how to pair the Programmer with the PC over Bluetooth.

Only the Programmers equipped with a Bluetooth chip can communicate with the PC over Bluetooth.

Proceed as follows.

1. Connect the Programmer to the PC with the USB cable.
2. Install the drivers as described in Installing iLOQ S10 Programmer.
3. On your PC, add a new Bluetooth device.
4. For pairing, you will need the pairing code, that is, 90630.
5. After successful pairing, the device is shown in Device manager > Ports COM/LPT > Standard Serial over Bluetooth link.
