Alex Hietala contributes to iLOQ’s drive to succeed

iLOQ has started co-operation with 22-year-old golf professional, Alex Hietala, from Sipoo in Southern Finland.

Before turning pro, Alex had an extremely successful amateur career winning many tournaments with the highlight being crowned Finnish Amateur Champion in 2018. After starting his professional career at the beginning of 2020, he managed to compete in six major tournaments before the coronavirus unfortunately shut down the pro tour.

During the spring, he dedicated himself to training and honing his skills. His hard work paid off this summer as he is currently leading the overall competition in the Audi Finnish PGA Golf Tour with two more tournaments to play.

“iLOQ’s innovation and dedication enabled us to challenge the traditional locking market and put us in the position of being a leader in digital locking and mobile access solutions. We see many similar traits in Alex. He is a positive, young talent with all the capabilities and the winning attitude to break through in the European Challenge Tour. We enjoyed having him at our recent ‘Key to Success’ golf tournament and look forward to welcoming him at future partner and customer events,” states Joni Lampinen, iLOQ’s Chief Marketing Officer.
