To provide a more efficient service for both our partners and end customers, iLOQ has launched a new Support Portal.
Released on 19.2.2021, the platform is accessible to all iLOQ customers and partners at support.iLOQ.com. The content is available 24/7 and consists of self-help articles, manuals, software downloads (iLOQ Manager and firmware, when applicable) and how-to videos.
iLOQ Support Portal will provide content in eight different languages: English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish. The aim has been, and always will be, to provide the most efficient and comprehensive service in relation to any possible iLOQ-related needs.
