Viewing the Blacklist Record Properties

This section describes how to view the properties of records on the iLOQ Manager blacklist.

Proceed as follows.

  1. Select Basic data > Browse blacklist.

  2. The blacklist records are shown in the grid view. For more information on an individual blacklist record, double-click the record.
    Note:

    You can view object data in two ways:

    • Show sought-after situation — Select this radio button to view object data as it will be, when all pending changes have been programmed for the object.
    • Show the effective situation — Select this radio button to view object data as it currently is.

    Blacklist-specific details are, by tabs:

    • Basic information — The Basic information tab contains the basic information on the selected item. The columns are:
      • Name — This column contains the name of the item on the blacklist.
      • Type — This column contains the type of the item on the blacklist. Possible values are:
        • Access right — The item is an access right.
        • Key — The item is a key.
      • Key label — This column contains the label of the key on the blacklist.
      • The name of the person — This column contains the name of the person related to the key on the blacklist.
      • Date of addition — This column indicates the date when the item was added on the blacklist.
      • Count of keys — This column indicates the number of keys related to the access right on the blacklist.
      • Replacing key — If the key is added to the blacklist by using a replacement key, this column indicates the replacing key's label.
    • Locks affected — The Locks affected tab contains information on the locks to which the blacklisted item has effect. The columns are described in section Browsing Locks.
    • Keys — The Keys tab contains information on the keys to which the blacklisted item has effect. The columns are described in section Browsing Keys.
  3. When done, press the Close button.
