SATO properties in Finland will now be fitted with sustainable digital access management

In accordance with the framework contract signed by both parties, iLOQ becomes the provider of the S10 digital locking solutions and software for at least 50% of SATO’s rental properties and communal spaces in Finland.

According to Yaron Nadbornik, Head of Procurement for SATO stated, “SATO residents will enjoy the security benefits provided by iLOQ’s locking solution as loosing keys will no-longer reduce the security of their home building. The access rights for the lost keys can be revoked quickly, and the locks won’t need to be replaced.”

SATO’s new alignment with iLOQ reinforces SATO’s company strategy, which focuses on catering to needs related to increasing digitalization, globalization and demand for sustainable homes, all with a customer-first approach.

“This contract reconfirms iLOQ’s commitment to environmental sustainability and incredible security with its digital access management solutions for properties with multiple access needs,” Heikki Hiltunen, President and CEO of iLOQ explained.

Additionally, iLOQ’s digital management solutions will provide considerable lifecycle savings for the SATO buildings covered under this contract.

“We are happy to highlight that our locking solutions are coinciding with a face-paced world that’s demanding smart, sustainable and cost-effective products,” Tomi Karjalainen said, Chief Sales Officer of the Nordic region.
