iLOQ days

iLOQ is growing fast and we’re welcoming new people all the time.

We want to make sure that all our new starters get to feel part of the iLOQ ‘family’ and become productive members of the company as quickly as possible.

In the beginning of 2019, we introduced – iLOQ days – a 3-day induction to the company held at our head office in Oulu. The interesting and intensive sessions include learning about our history and strategy, an introduction to our marketing, financial, operations and sales processes and a deep-dive into product training.
