Employee 300 joins the one big, happy, iLOQ family
In the spring of 2021, we welcomed Program Manager, Ville Raatikainen, to the iLOQ Family. It was a special day, as Ville was iLOQ employee number 200!
In just two short years, we have managed to increase the members of the iLOQ Family by 50%. On 1 April, we welcomed employee number 300 – Rasmus Skov Munck – who joins our Danish team as a Project Manager. This is another milestone in a year of milestones as, this year, we will also be celebrating our 20th anniversary.
We like to refer to our colleagues as the iLOQ Family (and sometimes, internally, as iLOQians) as there is definitely a feeling of belonging when you join iLOQ. We care for and respect each other and do everything we can to make new members of the family feel welcome. We provide an excellent onboarding package for all new employees and continue to encourage them as they grow and flourish in the company and in their careers.
We use the Net Promote Score (NPS) as a KPI that gives us a relatively reliable vision of how well our company, services and products are perceived by our customers. Twice a year, we also calculate the overall satisfaction of our own employees using the same NPS standard. We are proud to say that our current employee NPS is +52. According to SurveyMonkey’s global benchmark data from more than 150,000 organizations, the average NPS is +32. Anything between +10 and +30 is considered a good score with +50 being excellent. We are also extremely proud that a huge 88% of our employees stated in the survey that they feel iLOQ is the best place they have worked to date.
