About the project
With yearly student turnover, the property team needed a smarter way to manage access while reducing the time, cost and effort tied to traditional lock maintenance. By moving away from battery-powered locks and manual access processes, The Finmore at 241 could streamline daily operations, support a smoother resident experience and reduce the ongoing maintenance demands placed on staff.
The solution
Following the initial successful retrofit of the units with iLOQ’s 5 Series smart access solution, the property decided to go one step further and upgrade the solution to the iLOQ 5 Series+ platform. The new iLOQ App enhanced the user experience for the residents, while the iLOQ Manager+ cloud-based programming solution and browser-based iLOQ Web improved administration for the property managers.
