Capnor Weasel Bidco Oyj’s subsidiary iLOQ Oy proceeds with measures to secure its future growth and competitiveness and has completed its employee change negotiations process

As announced on 7 April 2025, Capnor Weasel Bidco Oyj’s subsidiary iLOQ Oy is taking measures to secure its future growth and competitiveness. As part of this process, the iLOQ Group will adapt its organization and staffing to current market conditions and to prepare for the future.  

The employee change negotiations announced on 7 April 2025 have now been completed. In total, about 37 positions will be reduced globally as part of the iLOQ Group’s organizational adaptation. In addition, the iLOQ Group has reduced its use of certain subcontractors and external service providers.  The iLOQ Group continues to support its personnel during this process.

Today, the iLOQ Group employs approximately 330 persons.
